Michael Reisner

CEO and Managing Partner

Michael holds a degree in Technical and Economic Sciences from the Technical University of Vienna and a master’s degree in Operations & Logistics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

He spent nearly 12 years in international sales and leadership roles, focusing on CEE, CIS, Russia, Africa, and North America within the refractory industry. Over the past 7 years, he has held general management positions in mid-sized companies, covering production, machinery, commodity sales and large-scale project sales.

In early 2025, after serving as CEO and launching our new “greenline” brand, Michael acquired 10% of Polo’s shares and took on the role of Managing Partner in addition to his CEO role, showcasing his commitment to the company’s future.
