Starting from a pre-made pouch made of heat-sealable material, this machine picks the pouches from either a customized magazine or a multi-format motorized belt. It then places each pouch onto the machine’s line, beginning with a positive opening to prepare it for filling. As the pouch moves to the next station, the machine stretches it to avoid wrinkles and ensure a clean top seal. This process guarantees proper sealing at the top and maintains pouch tightness.
