The Bat Buffer is a flexible, zero-pressure LIFO storage system with a compact footprint. It operates in both directions with adjustable speeds, allowing continuous or discontinuous accumulation. Designed to maintain product integrity, it features a spiral track and anodized aluminum construction. The system is available in two chain widts 83 and 114 with a single motor, improving line efficiency by reducing micro-stops and downtime allowing to recover 10-20% production rate.
