The DCS 1000-2 is a high-speed form, fill and seal platform with the latest ergonomic design for continuous production of individually wrapped cheese slices (IWS). Transversal and longitudinal seals for perfectly sealed slices allow ingredients to be included. Horizontal stacking device for a smooth depositing of slices and accurate stacks, allowing a wide variety of product formulations, including handling of “light”products. Totally protected product path, does not require an aseptic environment.
